On South Australia's 1395 FIVEaa 'Talking Adelaide' radio, in a half hour interview, Alan and Anthony touched on powerful points surrounding the way men struggle to face up to and cope with mental illness.  Anthony shared his impactful story and outlined the signs shown during his downward spiral, then sharing the four powerful principles of the Lifeback Tracker. Hosted by Yorke Peninsula's community connector and a Petersville resident 'Bowser', Anthony spoke to over 75 farmers and community residents at  a 'Shed Happens' night between 6pm - 11.30pm.  The large crowd travelled to Petersville from as far as coastal Semaphore and the Adelaide hills to hear Anthony's story, and discuss early intervention signs and strategies for better management of mental health.

Over 60 Dulux staff attended Anthony's Experience Share asking powerful questions. Held during lunch at the Dulux AcraTex factory on Port Road, Beverley. Anthony's discussion prompted incredibly open and honest discussions, with experiences shared and many positive takeaways for the people who attended.   

Anthony spoke at a breakfast hosted by Callum Hann at his popular Sprout Cooking School to over 50 business associates.  This was followed by an Experience Share Talk surrounding men's mental health and wellbeing and how Anthony's Lifeback Tracker tool can help manage life's daily challenges - even without depression and anxiety as a diagnosis.
