This week is Men's Mental Health Week, which encourages males to prioritise their health both physical and mental. We reflect back on the Save Our Mates Wellbeing Roadshow we ran earlier this year to promote mind health awareness.

We have been lucky enough to be shortlisted for the 2019 SA Men's Health Awards! We have been recognised for our efforts in rolling out the Save Our Mates Roadshow and developing our Lifeback Tracker tool. The winner will be announced on Thursday, 13th June 2019.  |
