On the 20th of September 2018, we presented to the SA Aquatic Centre members, the topic being 'Bouncing back from Adversity'. 63 attended, some very open, honest and vulnerable discussions shared.
10.30 am Thursday 13th September 2018, 200 people gathered to celebrate the R u OK? message. 2 speakers shared their reasons WHY this day is so important to them, and why they continue to spread the important messages of this life saving initiative.

An empathetic and supportive organisation, absolutely living and breathing the prac tises needed to create mentally healthier workplaces. Thank you to Mark Ali for organising the professionally coordinated morning. Held by Disability Employment Australia, this conference held at the Hilton Adelaide included over 250 delegates from across Australia and beyond. DES - Disability Employment Services is a huge sector, participants responsible with matching employees working with a disability gain meaningful and rewarding work in the Australian economy.
