Anthony delivered his powerful story and shared how he discovered 4 Steps to Better Mind Health during his rehabilitation. Attendees learnt how to build their own 'Better Mind Health Action Plan', and how to get the most out of the LIFEBACK TRACKER- 4 Steps to Better Mind Health app.

On the 29th May 2020 Derrick McManus presented a Live-Stream to the staff at FINSEC.
As part of our 12 month 'Mind Health Program' we bring in 'Experts in their Field' to add to the experience, learnings and team building. Here is Derrick McManus- Beyond Resilience to Human Durability during the presentation. On Thursday the 18th June 2020 Anthony presented four workshops to the staff at the Department of Transport Victoria.
These workshops were presented via Live-Stream. During the workshops Anthony shared his powerful story and the steps he has taken to get his life back on track. This event was a Live-Stream presented by Anthony Hart, Speaker and Mind Health Advocate. This was a great event which was presented to the Gawler Rotary Club members. Shared how we planned, designed and promoted the 'Save our Mates' Community Wellbeing Roadshows. Over 118 people connected and learn't from our experiences travelling over a selected part of Australia, stopping each night at the 5 major towns across the region. The 3rd of June 2020 was the Millicent Community Wellbeing Night, organised by the Wattle Range Suicide Prevention Network.
This event was a live stream presented by Anthony Hart, Speaker and Mind Health Advocate. The Community Wellbeing Night was intended to help change the way regional and rural community members better confront and overcome significant life challenges.
