Making up part of PQSA’s Mind Health Program, Sam Doyle presented six expert in field talks focused on sleep health. Sam guided the group through what sleep is, how great sleep aids our overall health, and the common lumps and bumps we have in relation to our sleep.

Community Wellbeing Roadshow, a powerful session at the Iron Knob Golf Club. A dormant ghost town, the mental health challenges that residents face on a daily basis is overwhelming. A town that in its hey day, was a thriving mine site supporting hundreds of jobs through the mining of 'iron ore'. With very limited medical support this is a satellite town that needs support for mental healthcare services.
