The 3rd of June 2020 was the Millicent Community Wellbeing Night, organised by the Wattle Range Suicide Prevention Network.
This event was a live stream presented by Anthony Hart, Speaker and Mind Health Advocate. The Community Wellbeing Night was intended to help change the way regional and rural community members better confront and overcome significant life challenges. The two main takeaways for attendees were: 1. Attendees learned how to put together their own Better Mind Health Action Plan (1 Page) 2. How to get the most out of the LIFEBACK TRACKER - 4 Steps to Better Mind Health App.
